We’re excited to support you this term! OAS offers peer and alumni tutoring, academic coaching, and success workshops—all tailored specifically for nursing students.
First Time Registration
Welcome first time users! To get started, click the blue Login button.
- The login button will redirect you to the net id authentication screen. Enter your net id and password.
- Once authentication is complete you will be directed to the WCOnline registration screen.
- Your email address will be automatically populated and non-editable.
- Please enter your first and last name, phone number, program level, status and campus.
- Set your communication preferences (the toggle button must be blue to select the item)
- Enable emails for appointment confirmations, changes and cancellations
- Enable platform announcements and messaging
- Enable emails for appointment reminders (24 hours prior to your appointment)
- Enable ical option to add the appointment to your Outlook calendar
- Enter your phone number for appointment reminder text messaging (optional)
Tips for Accessing OAS Workshops

Navigate to the Schedules menu and select OAS Workshops from the drop-down.

Select the workshop. (Note: The workshop will become clickable 15 minutes prior to the scheduled start time. )

Fill out the form with your name and program level.

Click the large red button labeled “Begin Consultation” to join the session.
